AAI Brand Identity

AAI approached JOD with a classic identity problem. Big company still looks like a little guy. AAI may not be a big architecture firm in terms of physical size but the work they produce is certainly big in style, form and function. Additionally, they compete for projects with some of the largest architecture firms in the world so we needed to help give them more visibility in the field. Our design solution used simple and clean typography and grid design but left a bold impression with it’s use of color and scale. One of the unique features of the new brand identity was a photo library we created of the AAI employees. One of AAI’s strongest brand attributes is it’s employee’s and the relationships they foster with each client, so it was natural for us to showcase this on the website.
